Can a Dusclops with dynamic punch be able to transfer to Sword/Shield?

So I've been thinking about making a good move set with dusclops, in generation 3 dusclops is able to learn dynamic punch through move tutor. I have never transferred a Pokemon ever and was wondering if it was possible to send it into Pokémon home and import to Sword?

Yes, Dusclops with Dynamic Punch should be able to transfer just fine, as both the Pokemon and the move are available in SwSh. Just make sure that none of its other moves are on this list of removed moves.
