What things and which new Legendary Pokémon can I catch after defeating the League for the second time?

I was wondering what new things I can get and what new Pokemon are available to me if I have defeated the Pokemon League for the second time (which I have). Thank you. Also, can you get another starter from Prof. Birch if you beat Steven a THIRD time?

Fun Fact: All Legendaries in ORAS are catchable before you beat the Elite 4 for the first time. So nothing new there.

Beating the Elite 4 for the second time will let you choose one of the Unova starters — Snivy, Tepig or Oshawott. Beating it for the third time will let you choose one of the Sinnoh starters — Turtwig, Chimchar or Piplup.

As far as my knowledge and experience goes, that's all Pokémon available after subsequent Elite 4 rounds. Hope this helps!

You get the Johto starter when you beat the E4 the first time. Unova the second, etc.
