Adamant or jolly for starters?

This applies to both Torterra and Emboar

For Torterra, you need Adamant without a doubt. It's Speed is really bad, and Jolly will make no use for it.

But for Emboar, however, you can run both. Adamant for a wallbreaker, or Jolly for a fast sweeper with Choice Scarf.
