How to delete friends from the pss in oras ?

Click the player's icon, click the little circle on the bottom left corner, and click "Yes." If he's on your friends list, you must remove him from your 3DS Friends List. I hope this helps a bit.

but can't seem to remove him from my oras pss friend list ?
there is no option !
they say put your game in another 3DS system but even if this is true , i can't
because i have download version !

If you mean the list that is listed as "friends" you have to go into your friends list and select "Settings" then, tap on "Delete Friend Card" and choose the card that you want to delete.

If you mean the "Acquaintances" list, to delete them you have to tap on the peron that you want to delete and then tap the button in the bottom left hand corner. It should ask "Remove [person's name] from your Acquaintances?" Press yes to remove them.
