How do I get Rayquaza to learn Dragon Ascent in Omega Ruby?

>In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Zinnia's grandmother in Meteor Falls can teach Rayquaza this move.

Go to Meteor Falls with Rayquaza in your party and go to the top of the stairs in the area in the picture below. Talk to Zinna's grandmother, who should be at the top of the stairs, and she should ask you if you want to teach Rayquaza Dragon Ascent.

Take it to the old lady (Zinnia's grandmother) in Meteor Falls. She will teach Rayquaza Dragon Ascent, and will do so again if you forget the move.
