What "Strong" Pokemon can learn both toxic spikes and stealth rock?

For a in game strategy, I wanna use this strategy where I use stealth and toxic spikes and then spam roar or dragon tail. However, I can't seem to find a "Good" Pokemon with an average stat that is higher than 500 that know both toxic spikes and St health rock. Do you guys know any Pokemon that know toxic spike and stealth rock?

According to the Moveset Checker here on the site, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Omanyte/Omastar, and Pineco/Forretress can have a moveset containing both Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes.

Adding either Roar or Dragon Tail reduces this to just Nidoqueen and Nidoking. Personally, I'd go Dragon Tail, because it does damage in addition to forcing the switch. This would leave you with nothing against Fairies, unless you add something like Iron Tail. Which, conveniently, both Nidoqueen and Nidoking can also learn.

I am unfamiliar with the competitive viability or tiering for either Nidoqueen or Nidoking, however, both have their stats totaling at 505.
