Choice Scarf Garchomp or Mega Garchomp?

I'm teambuilding right now and I'm stuck between two choices for my Garchomp. Should I slap a Choice Scarf on him, or is a Mega Garchomp the better choice? I'm working on an offensive team. Basically it's Speed vs Power. Or should I use Choice Band or Life Orb instead? The other Pokemon I have on the team are:

Greninja, Azumarill, Espeon, Aegislash, and Darmanitan.

Smogon's standard set for Choice Scarf serves well. Since you are running a Greninja, and nothing much else that is fast, another fast Pokemon would work well:

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw
