A heal ball basically "resets" the caught Pokemon. Does this apply to sketched moves, or only to damage and ailments? Please don't question my curiosity.
No, it should not, because once Sketch has been used, whatever move it becomes is a permanent move. A heal ball at most can replenish the PP of that move.
