Hidden Power and IV Checker Question?

When you iv breed since hidden powers make you use imperfect ivs per say
For a Hidden power fire snover
31/?/31/30/31/30
Will the iv checker say the 30 iv stat?

I think she/he'll just say the type of hidden power, not which stats make it that way.

The Hidden Power NPC will only say what Hidden Power it has.
The IV checker will tell you all of the stats with max IVs (so 31). He will not mention stats with less than 31 IVs.

He will mention them, but he will only give a range of between like 26-30 iirc.

He'll also mention a stat if its IV is at 0, saying a negative thing about it.

@ Unknown Letter Q if the Pokemon has perfect IVs, the judge will ignore all other values besides zeroes.
