What are all the things can we do in Pokemon Sun and Moon demo?

In no particular order:

Battle with the Ash-Greninja that you can transfer to the game when it comes out
Obtain various items that you can transfer
Do one of the trial challenges which includes photographing Jangmo-o and Hakamo-o, and then battling them
Battle a Team Skull grunt and Plumeria
Ride on a Tauros and smash rocks
Explore the town and talk to NPC's
Do the Pokemon catching challenge (note: you can't keep the Pokemon you catch)
Use Pikachu and it's Z-move
See an Alolan Dugtrio
Battle various trainers on the trial place

Note that I haven't done everything in the demo myself yet, so I may have missed out on something.
