Where can I find king rock?

I reset my soulsilver copy and started a new team. I want a slowking so I need a king rock. I remember one in my inventory of my old copy but I forgot where it is...

• You can find it in Slowpoke's Well (B1F). This will show you how to get it. You need HMs Surf and Strength.
• The Pokeathlon Dome sells it for 3000 points on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
• Wild Poliwhirl, Poliwrath, Slowbro, Politoed, Slowking and Hariyama have a 1% chance of carrying it.
