Where are all of the spots I can use the Poke Finder?

Question

I've been forgetting to check where I can use the Poke Finder, so I've missed out on almost every spot. Once I've finished the game, I plan on going back to photograph the Pokemon in the spots I missed.

The two spots I've been to so far are Hau'oli and Blush Mountain.
