Question

Is there a full list of "exclusively" version exclusive Pokemon? Sounds like a weird question but Ive just found a Midnight-Forme Lycanrock in the wild on my Pokemon Sun, which should be exclusive to Pokemon Moon... Also, is there a list of which Pokemon change by going through the Portal at the Altar?
