So for my team, I need some advice. I'm not asking for a RMT so that's why I'm not putting this there. I am using a Raichu and am wondering if I should get rid of protect or nasty plot (or neither) for electric terrain so Raichu's speed is increased. Both my attack moved are special attacks so nasty plot will aid both of them.
