Double migrate?

Question

If I migrate from sapphire to diamond, can I migrate those pokémon to white? And while I'm at it, can I get items to white from diamond, pearl, etc.?

-You can send items
-You can migrate from D/P/Pt/HG/SS to B/W
-You CANNOT send items
