I follow every single town and route. I even returned her Xtranceiver but I don't have her number. So please HELP ME!
Yancy will call her Xtransceiver when the male player is in specific locations around Unova.
Yancy will only call you when you're standing on specific tiles in certain areas. What tiles these are can be found here.
