In showdown it says:
Go! Zekrom! Go! Golden Dragon! (Reshiram) [Opposing Zekrom's Teravolt!] The opposing Zekrom is radiating a bursting aura! [Golden Dragon's Turboblaze!] Golden Dragon is radiating a blazing aura!
The strong texted words make me wonder if Zygarde can break these auras. I do not have a 3DS so I cannot test it out in-game.

You don't even have to test it, it says under Aura Break's Showdown entry says "While this Pokémon is active, the Dark Aura and Fairy Aura power modifier is 0.75x." So no, Aura Break doesn't affect Teravolt and Turboblaze.
