What are the speeches that are made by Team Rocket from Kanto to Kalos/Alola?

I heard them saying something like this before :

Jessie : Prepare for trouble!
James : And make it double!

It's would be great if you state what they said from Kanto onwards to Kalos/Alola. I'm not sure if the Alola one is done. I also have the Chinese version for their first speech in Kanto, but I'm not sure if it's allowed to post it.

Its the same through most of the series, but is different in some of Unova and Alola, and mabey even Kalos, but I'm not sure...

The original Team Rocket Theme (i.e. "To protect the world from devastation! To unite all peoples within our nation!") is changed in the Kanto Battle Frontier series, but otherwise stays roughly the same until the Diamond and Pearl series, where it has since undergone a few variations. The original theme does return half way through the Best Wishes anime until the end of the XY season, but a new motto is made in the Sun and Moon series. This article sums up all the changes pretty well.
