Btw, before I tell some info I will just announce to everyone, I broke my 3ds a month ago, but for a present today, I got a 2ds along with Pokemon Sun. Im so excited too play it but right now I'm testing another game. Thats all I have to say right now. Now to the info, I'm a shiny hunter. And I want a shiny Popplio. Is starters in Sun and Moon shiny locked?
