I saw a Hoopa Unbound sprite for XY!! So I know that Prison Bottle must be somewhere around XY!!!

The Prison Bottle cannot be obtained in Pokemon XY.

Basically, you CANNOT obtain the Prison Bottle in Pokemon XY.

There is only a sprite for Hoopa Unbound in XY because it can still be traded from another game, therefore required to have a sprite.
