Is there any way to get a Prison Bottle in Pokemon Y?

I traded my Mesprit for a Hoopa, and I want to change it to it's Unbound form. Any way to get a Prison Bottle in Pokemon Y?

You can't get the Prison Bottle in XY, only ORAS unfortunately.
