Got the Armor og Plume fossils in Pokemon moon, but I've tried to get Shieldon's (Armor fossil) hidden ability (soundproof), by using soft reset like 100 times but it keeps getting Sturdy (regular ability).
Fossil Pokemon can have Hidden Abilities, but soft resetting will never unlock them. The way you obtain them varies by generation; please refer to our Hidden Ability guide for specifics.
This question asks for Pokemon Moon specifically. Here it is never possible to obtain a Hidden Ability fossil Pokemon without transferring.
