I heard trachy's Idea of Imposter Ditto with choice scarf as the best revenge killer so I came up with my own variation. what I want to know is if Ditto keeps quick powder boost after Transformation
No, because its specifically for Ditto, and it won't work if the Transformed Pokemon isn't Ditto. So they are basically useless with the Imposter ability, so stick with Choice Scarf.
