New Victini event?

I heard that there will be an event where the victini knows fusion bolt and fusion flare. Will it be in the USA and when?

It will be in the USA, but the release date is unknown. Apparently it will come out when the 2 part movies called: Victini and the Black Hero: Zekrom and Victini and the White Hero:Reshiram are released, which is also unknown.

It will know Fusion Flare/Bolt and its signature move V-Create. It is available in Japan from April 16 to somewhere in August. Hope this helps...

The date for the US is Dec. 3rd through the 31st.
