I cant find Nihilego?

i knocked out the first Nihilego earlier in the game AKA the one in Aether Paradise,and I cant seem to find it again.

You cannot catch the Nihilego in Aether Paradise. To be on the safe side I'm guessing you're not done the game yet, so to avoid spoilers I'll be vague. You can catch Nihilego very shortly after the post-game starts. One appears in Diglett Cave and another appears in Wela Volcano Park. You can only encounter and catch one, however.
