Is Night Shade Capped in Battlespot?

Question

I know Night Shade is not affected by STAB, Crits, etc., but if you were to level up a Pokemon all the way to level 100, then take it to battle spot, where it caps out all Pokemon at lvl 50, will it do 50, or 100 damage?
