If I was to trade a level 50 Pokemon at the start of Pokemon sun and moon would it obey me?

I have completing game but i was talking asking a theoretical question so in the question i'm asking if you have completed 0 trails.

No, you would need to get the first three island stamps for it to obey you otherwise it wouldn’t.
The obayablity levels rise in increments of 20.

Wait so if I traded a level 1 to the game right at the start would i be able to level it to level 10 ,15 or 20 and it would still obey be because making it 10 would be pretty unfair.
