How many Pokemon can manipulate time, alter dimensions, etc?

Question

There are many Pokemon in the Pokemon world, and some can manipulate time, traverse through dimensions, etc, but how many of these Pokemon can do that?

I already know the obvious ones, like Unown, Celebi, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus, etc. but are there any lesser known Pokemon that can travel through time and space?

Gardevoir can "distort dimensions" as well as create small black holes, though this is just in the dex entry and is never really significant

A lot of Pokemon can learn teleport. Some Pokemon can apparently interact with other dimensions, like Gengar, Bronzong, and Dusknoir. Dusclops apparently distorts space within its body.

Gothitelle's entry says it distorts space, as well as see the future.

Porygon-Z can apparently travel to alternate dimensions, while all the Ultra-Beasts came from an alternate dimension.
