What is the earliest Pikachu can learn Volt Tackle in Ultra Sun?

I just got the Z Crystal for Pikachu, so I want to know when I can get Volt Tackle for Pikachu.

According to the Bulbapedia page linked below, you can teach Pikachu Volt Tackle as soon as you get to Konikoni City and get the Pikanium Z from the woman with three Pikachu in Sun and Moon. I'd assume that it'd be the same or at least similar in US/UM

Nope it's different the lady wasn't there and you get Pikachu's z crystal in the Hano Grand Resort from a movie star Pikachu for getting a interviewer away from it.

In both S/M and US/UM, the Volt Tackle tutor is the same NPC as the one who gives you Pikanium Z.

But your answer still says the the one who teaches volt tackle and the one who gives the Pikanium Z is the same which can't be true as the Pikachu I got the crystal from never showed that it could teach Volt Tackle.

If you talk to the old guy next to the famous Pikachu that you got the pikanium Z from at the Hano Grand Resort, he will teach you volt tackle.
