Are there any Move Tutors?

Hey guys im asking if there are ANY of those special move tutors in pokemon black and white like they have it in s-silver and h-gold. Ive been trying to find them for days. thx ill really appreciate it!;D

The move tutors are:
In the Route under Lacunosa Town (13) has a guy who will teach a ultimate move to a fully evolver starter pokemon.

In Opelucid City, Iris/Drayden will teach Draco Meteor.

In Driftveil City, a guy will teach a move dependig on your starter you chose.

In castelia city, A person will teach Relic Song to Meloea, and Secret Sword to Keldeo.
