Would using a Z-Move trigger double damage with Acrobatics?

if you use your z move does it count as your item used?(so does acrobatics do double damage)

What do you trying to mean ? Acrobatic  only do double damage if you don't have an item.

This wouldn't work, for two reasons
A: your Pokemon would be holding a z-stone, so no
B: all type based z moves don't have secondary effects, unless they were based of a status move
