Will refusing to recieve an egg from the day care while using the Masuda method have any effect?

If you are trying to shiny breed trough Masuda method and accidently refuse an egg from the lady, does it have any effect ?

Currectly playing on Ultra Sun.

No. It doesn't affect Masuda Method.
You don't need to chain like Pokeradar. You can even turn off power anytime. It won't affect Masuda Method.
