As far as I know, no.
I checked the Internet about the Coin Case and Pokerus, but I could only find information on the Celebi and the shiny Pokemon glitch; I even checked Bulbapedia, and they didn't have anything either.
However, if you want a Celebi or any shiny Pokemon you want, just watch this video and copy the steps exactly.
