There are a few things you can do. You can use a pokemon with the ability arena trap or shadow tag. Tbe move mean eye prevents fleeing, as do wrap, fire spin, block, and sand tomb. If you make it fall asleep or (less likley) freeze it, it can't flee. Aside from that, just use a quick ball.
