Damp Rock???

If a pokemon has the ability drizzle and you have a damp rock does rain last 8 turns or does damp rock only work if you use rain dance

Drizzle lasts for the entire battle unless there is a drought pokemon or someone uses sunny day,hail or sand storm

if you used rain dance it would be 8 turns though
