Can you fit the entire Alola Pokedex into the PC boxes?

I don't mean the evolved form of every Pokemon. I mean Rowlet in Box 1 in the top left, Dartrix to the left of it, etc. Can fit for all of them?

Also there is 93 Pokemon in Alola without counting the others from the past gen and counting forms like Lycanroc Midday and Oricorio Baile Style. So Possibly yes.

Yes, because there is room for 960 Pokemon. So if you wanted you could fit the whole Pokedex twice and still have room.
