What is the stat calculation formula in MD RRT?

Question

And is the stat is calculated with the evolved forms base stat or just adds a fixed number in every stat if the Pokemon evolves. In other word what is the full process of the base stat calculation when the Pokemon is genarated, leveled up and evolved etc.

In RRT, stats are determined by a "lookup table" instead of a formula. So the game knows a Pokemon's species and level and looks in a big table for the stats that correspond to that species and level.
