"Golden" is a sub-color of yellow, yes? So, with that in mind, let's start with the list of yellow Pokemon from Bulbapedia's list.
A good chunk of these ones, unfortunately, I find to be gold in neither normal nor shiny forms. Note, also, the helpful color palette that FlappersFlappers shared with us:
That leaves us to relative few. I consider myself to have pretty good color perception, so here's by best crack at it.
There are relatively few Pokemon I would consider gold by default:
- Raichu (both forms, I think?)
- Moltres
- Girafarig*
- Raikou
- Dedenne
- Dusk Mane Necrozma
- Umbreon, if you count the rings on its body
- Significant parts of Sigilyph, though its official artwork shows it off much more than the game sprites do.
- Dragonite (this thing is identified as brown by Pokedex terms!? This is a travesty that must be immediately rectified!)

- Note Girafarig has gone through several changes and it varies by generation whether it has any at all; the official artwork on Bulbapedia doesn't seem to match most instances of its game appearances or any of it in the anime.
So yeah, that's about it. Pretty sad.
Shinies:
- Joltik family
- All Lake Guardians: Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie
- Forretress
- Caterpie
- Shiny Camerupt's old forms used to have gold rings at their sides, but no longer
- Zapdos
- Larvitar and Tyranitar...might be closer to a darker yellow
- Shedinja, though starting in Gen 6 it's hardly noticeable
- Charmander (generation 2 to 5)
- Chaarmeleon (generation 3 to 5)
- Swablu family (duh I have one I should've remembered this)
- Flareon
- Shelmet family (head)
- Do we count Metagross in here?
- Clamperl and Gorebyss
- Rhyperior (Gen 6 onwards)
- Steelix
- Silvally especially, but Type: Null kinda as well
- Larvesta family
- Exeggcute family, including Alolan (Meme) form
- Milotic's large tail
- Stufful family? Or is that orange? Can't fully trust my eyes on that one.
