So I want a female Umbreon for my team in Crystal, but the Eevee I get from Bill is always coming up male every time I get it; does this Eevee have a specific set of IVs that will always cause it to be male? Or I am I just getting unlucky?
There's no reason that it should be gender locked - it just happens to have a low chance to be female.
