Do you break your streak when you "Return to Nimbasa City" in the Battle Subway?

Question

So, after every seven battles, you take a break from the battle Subway for your streak.
lf l want to leave the Battle Subway station in between streak breaks, and "Return to Nimbasa City", will l be able to get back to my current streak if l go back to the Battle Subway after doing whatever?
l never tried doing this because l was always afraid that l'd lose my current streak, and yes, l DO mind.

No, you keep your streak even after you go away for a year or more or for however long you want. Say you got a 14 win streak, you leave, then come back again a few hours later. The streak will stay the same. Hope this helps!^^
