Where can a get a Darkrai in Pokemon Pearl?

I really want a Darkrai help me out and can you tell me what ball to use on him

There was an event ages ago that gave away something called a Member Card which let you go to
full moon island (or was it new moon island,correct me if I'm wrong) where you could battle and
capture Darkrai.I missed the event too... :-( I sure hope there will be another event.

it was an event and you cant get him any other way onless you cheat or trade for it
