Yes, if you got a member card through the wi-fi event (the event finished ages ago) then you could enter the building and you end up blacking out and "having a nightmare" where you are on Newmoon Island and you can catch Darkrai there.
You go to Newmoon Island through it (first time and then you may use ship)
