Where can I get a Comfortable Bed & a clefairy doll in Pokemon Sapphire?

I don't think there's a decoration called the comfortable bed, but you can get a Clefairy doll from the Battle Frontier.

The Comfortable Bed is in ORAS.
The Clefairy doll can be bought for 48 BP and battle frontier.

I would say you could get both of those items I the Lilycove department store just north of the Pokémon center on the top floor, you can also buy useful TM's such as Solar beam from the store. just ask around and your sure to find them.
