Can heal bell cure/free you from the following status conditions :

1. Leech seed
2. Curse (inflicted by a ghost type)
3. Disable
4. Stealth rock
5. Mean look
6. Encore

Stealth Rock isn't a status condition... :P

I'm pretty sure Heal Bell only affects non-volatile status conditions. :P

The only status ailments Heal Bell removes are Poison, Paralysis, Burn, and Sleep, and Freeze. It affects every Pokemon in your party.
