How do I evolve my Eevee into Glaceon in Pokemon Explorers of Sky?

I have an Eevee as my starter Pokemon in Pokemon Explorers of Sky, but how do I evolve it into a Glaceon?

You need to use an item called a Frozen Rock on it, to get one just check the missions on the Job and Outlaw boards, every time they refresh Just about any item in the game, including evolution ones, can be included as a reward.
