Instructing Recharge moves onto teammates?

Question

The ultimate moves blast burn, frenzy plant, hydro cannon, giga impact and hyper beam (counting the last two as ultimates) need a turn to recharge when used. But what would happen if oranguru used his move instruct on the Pokemon that just used the ultimate moves? Would it fail or will they do it again cause its still the same turn? And what about the next turn where you can't choose a move for the user of the ultimate, can you instruct them to do it again? It would be crazy OP if it could.

I tried a double battle with my Mega Gardevoir using Hyper-Pixilated Beam in UM to be instructed afterwards by Oranguru.

It failed.

Tried next turn.

If failed.

Thanks for trying it out. Can scratch that idea of beating the battle tree super doubles of the list.
