Will my Pokemon lose friendship if I trade it but then send it right back to the game?

I have a Riolu in Pokemon black 2 (I like to replay old games) and I need to trade it to Pokemon black to teach it some better moves. I will trade it back to black 2 right after, but I'm not sure if that will decrease its friendship. Please help!!

Pokemon started remembering their friendships in Generation 6, so they don't in B2. sorry.
