Which Pokemon are banned from trading in BW?

In GTS negotiations, some Pokemon I cant trade which ones? please help!!

You cant trade wifi event pokemon or special pokemon such as arceus ,victini,suicune and the other legendary beasts

I found out you also cant trade pokemon you got from hacking.

You cant trade any wifi event pokemons like victini,Genesect,Keldeo and Melotetta
