What are the chances of having a pikachu in Cramorant's mouth?

Question

Since this beautiful BIRD has quite a funny ability: Gulp Missile, every time it uses surf or dive,
just a curious on a few steps,
1st - I perfer Mimikyu over pikachu
2nd - I figure it would be good or perfect for a slight status effect onto the opponents,
3rd - I like to make a movie reference about it.
but mostly on the 2nd part.

It will have a Pikachu if its HP is at 50% or less.
