If my Oricorio uses sky attack and my ribombee uses quiver dance right after, would Oricorio still copy it?

I'm making a ribombee Oricorio combo, but I want Oricorio to sky attack but still gain quiver dance buffs. Is that possible?

Dancer works when the dancer Pokemon is charging for a move like sky attack.

It doesn't work when the dancer Pokemon is "semi-invulnerable" for a move like fly or sky drop.
